Among the most interesting projects undertaken by Obraz Art Studio in 2009-2011, one could note the complex interior design in St. John’s Church at Saint Petersburg Theological Academy, in the building from the latter half of the 19th century, where there were made murals, recreated plasterworks, stained-glass windows, liturgical furniture and utensils. It was the head of the Russian Orthodox Church, Patriarch Kirill, who approved the drafts and conducted the consecration of this church after the restoration work had been completed. Later, the studio’s artists made interiors with murals for the seminarian refectory and other rooms.
